Summer PSR Current Families

Summer PSR 2023/2024

If you are a current Summer PSR Family, please complete each form once for your family, 
with the exception of the Emergency Form which will need to be completed for each child. 
The Emergency and the Media Authorization forms can be found under documents and will need to be completed and returned/emailed to psr@saintclareofassisi.org

Re Enollment will not be complete untill all forms and payment
have been submitted to the Religious Education Office. 

Please note that class placement is subject to catechist availability.
