The Stewardship Commission's mission is to promote christian stewardship as a way of life, and how living out our call to discipleship in service to the church and her members provides a living example by which the spirit of evangelization is witnessed.

Archdiocesan Annual Catholic Appeal
The Archdiocesan Annual Catholic Appeal is a yearly drive to raise funds in support of Archdiocesan programs with special emphasis on helping the poor and needy.

Finance Commission
The Finance Committee of St. Clare is a group who assist the parish priests in administration of the parish. It has the obligation of planning, providing for, and supervising the financial affairs and physical properties of the parish. The committee is concerned with parish resources, the budget, church support, and the effective utilization and maintenance of the parish plant.

Parish Council
The Parish Council is a group of individuals drawn from the St. Clare membership at large that function as an advisory body to the pastor. Parish Council promotes the mission of the Church by assisting with guidance on how the Parish develops and responds to the sacramental,
educational, and physical life of its members. The primary task is to be constructive and directive in the spiritual and faith development of the Parish. The members consult on major tasks and undertakings of the Parish with focus on various events to promote both Parish life and unity. The Parish Council meets on the fourth Monday of most months.

Stewardship Committee
A committee that meets with the pastor to develop programs that will raise parishioners’ awareness of stewardship as a way of life.

Money Counters:
Persons who volunteer to count the weekly collection. Counting is done on Monday mornings.

Baking/Food Committee
The Baking/Food Committee helps with food for parish receptions. It currently has 10 teams of people who prepare/purchase food items for parish receptions for Anointing Masses, Ministry Days, Masses of Remembrance, Missions, special liturgies, visiting speakers, etc. Requested food could include cookies, fruit, crackers and cheese, breakfast pastries, beverages, etc.

Blood Donor Program
Twice annually parishioners donate blood. The drive is held on parish grounds.

Pastoral Care
Assists the pastor by offering parishioners loving care and support in time of need. Members provide such services as: moral support via phone calls and Communion calls.

Prayer Chain/Request Line

General Building & Maintenance
This committee looks at St. Clare's physical plant and sees what repairs, maintenance and improvements need to be done.

Landscape/Gardening Committee
Volunteers of all skill levels are always welcome to plant and maintain the gardens at St. Clare. Whether you choose to have your own garden to maintain or just want to assist on major projects, we would enjoy hearing from you.

Mailing/Phone Committee
A group responsible for large parish mailings-and at the same time enjoys the friendship of their fellow parishioners in a
happy, relaxed atmosphere. This committee also makes phone calls as needed to parishioners.
