Welcome to the Physical Education page of the SCA school website.
My name is Colleen Orick and I am the PE teacher at SCAI 

I have a Masters Degree plus 30 additional hours and this is my 32nd year to teach. We are so blessed to have an amazing gym facility and a great variety of  equipment for our students. It is my passion to teach; to make physical education a positive, engaging, enjoyable experience where students can be challenged, be creative, and  be physically active in a safe environment. I stress playing fair, playing right, and accepting the outcome of the game. I strive to provide a variety of units that not only focus on traditional sports, but activities that can sharpen the mind and body as well. We learn about making healthy life choices to fuel our body and our brain. My goal is to help your child develop skills that can lead to a lifetime of health!
