Opening Prayer led by Fr. Theby – remained standing for Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes from the September 2011 meeting were read – motion to accept Ed Kertz, Bill Cannon and carried
Treasury report was read – We have money, received a few dollars from Ghangis Grill – looking forward to Oktoberfest influx. Motion to accept Bill Deemer, Don Benjamin – carried
OLD BUSINESS
All centered on reminders for Oktoberfest.
Volunteers remember to get to your posts on time.
From 10pm on we will need all hands on deck for take down.
If anyone has 4 Walkie Talkies – we could use them.
Need Pick Up truck(s) Thurday Evening.
Sponsors Artwork is due NOW.
John Steinbrecher asked for everyone to turn in your sold and unsold 50/50 tickets.
Robert Wood asked that we volunteer to sign up for the special needs mass.

Christmas party is set for December 8th at a place to be determined.
Pig Roast is January 27th, 2012 for now – looking into moving it to the 28th. Desperately need a member to Chair this fundraising event.
Curt Meyer let us know that Macel Bergeron of Starbucks donated gift cards for auction items.
DUES MONTH – please pay your $20.

50/50 winner was your Prez – Mr. Henty - $139
Rico Red was won by Russ Klingel and Bob Hymes takes home the swill.
Prayer intentions were heard and we closed at 8.27
