Called to order – 7:32pm
Opening prayer led by Bill Cannon and was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes from the April 2012 meeting read – motion to accept 1st Bill Cannon, 2nd and carried
Treasury report read – in 1800 fish fry beer – out 1700 fish fry beer . We still have some - $8 some odd thousand – Oktoberfest income statement to now include Patty Short House party - motion to accept 1st Bill Cannon, Second – motion carried
OLD BUSINESS
Mens Club mass quietly occurred producing some extra doughnuts
Protecting God’s Children – The process will be held in the St Clare Cafeteria on May 14th – Doors close around 6:15 and the show begins around 6:30
Golf Tourney – So far we have 31 teams, just 5 more to go, 25 Hole Sponsors and 5 scorecard sponsors. - We are still in need of prizes, clean-up volunteers and cooks. The passionist nuns will pray for good weather.

NEW BUSINESS
Voting for VP and Phil Fick award - Tim Newberry made a motion to suspend bylaws and reopen nominations – 2nd by many and passed. Matt Mansfield and Don Sieler were nominated. Everyone received an official ballot.
Rummage Sale – Vic Panus stated that we Need voluntees to show up for set-up on June 1st around 9am. Sale is actually on June 2nd – need people starting around 6am to get cooking. Proceeds go to youth ministry.
Mens Club Masses – Paul Goevert suggested we needed to schedule quarterly masses. Wear your shirts. We need publicity.
Election Results – Matt Mansfield will be new Vice President. Tim Hacker took home the Phil Fick award.

Poker nite – May 18th – St Clare Room
50/50 - $138 was won by Bill Deemer, Jeff Meyer luckily got the Swill
Special prayer intentions were heard and Bill led the closing prayer.
