St. Clare of Assisi uses a variety of resources to communicate with our community members such as:
- Weekly printed bulletins
- Flocknote for weekly email newsletters and community updates
- Social media (facebook and instagram)
- Sunday pulpit announcements
Submissions are limited to members of our parish (staff, parishioners, ministries, etc) and organizations affiliated with the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Anything beyond that will be decided on a case-by-case basis with the approval of our pastor.
Please take note that due to limited space, all submissions are subject to editing and not all requests will be granted. We cannot meet all frequency requests.
The information you provide may be published at the discretion of our parish staff in any or all of our communications (bulletin, flocknote, website, social media, etc). Events hosted by the parish and its staff directly will take precedence in our publications.

Our bulletins are approved by our pastor before publications.
Once you have submitted your request our communication coordinator will be in contact regarding graphics and specifics. If you have a specific graphic or flyer premade please send it in either JPEG or PNG format.

Communication Request Deadlines
Bulletin: Friday the week before by 5pm
Flocknote Friday Newsletter: Thursday (day before) by noon.
Sunday Announcements: Thursday by noon (must be relevant within the week of the announcements)
