Parents Please Remember to pick up your child/ childrens
medication from the Health Room. Eighth grade and Kindergarten, Friday, May 17.  The remaining grades May 24,2013


Reminder : Tdap vaccine needs to be current.

    Please  call the attendance line if your child will be absent,  636-227-8654 Ext. 50 

All children are expected to have a complete physical examination upon entrance into PRESCHOOL,KINDERGARTEN, 3th and 6th GRADE, and any NEWLY enrolled students.


Reminder:  As per policy of the Archdiocese,Over-the-Counter medications, like Tylenol(Acetaminophen) or Advil(Ibuprofen) cannot be given without a parental consent and physician's order. Prescription medications are the same, we need your consent in writing, but the prescription label can be the Physician's order. These forms can be downloaded by clicking on the proper form to the right of this page.
If it is easier, the physician's office can fax the Drs. order with signature to:  (636)394-0359.

All medication has to be in it's original container.
